Many of us share the same struggles on the path of practice:
Daily Meditation creates the conditions for practice to flourish: a reliable rhythm, the guidance of experienced teachers, and the warmth of a global Sangha walking this path together.
Sangha Live is the world’s largest online Dharma practice group, bringing together practitioners from more than 130 countries. For over 10 years, we’ve connected people to Buddhist wisdom and meditation practices through live courses, weekly gatherings, and an ever-growing library of teachings.
Our faculty includes 100+ world-renowned Dharma teachers, offering diverse perspectives and decades of experience. Together, they guide a global community of over 40,000 practitioners, creating a space where anyone can deepen their practice and feel supported along the way.
Born from the Buddhist principle of Sangha—community—our mission is simple: to make authentic, transformative practice accessible to everyone, no matter where they are in the world.
With this vision, we created Daily Meditation: live, weekday sessions designed to help practitioners establish a steady rhythm of practice, stay connected to community, and bring calm and clarity into everyday life.
“I believe Sangha Live has been a major factor in establishing my daily practice and subsequently deepening my practice in a way that without Sangha Live would not have been possible. You help me stay on track and go deeper with my practice.”
“I feel part of a supportive community based on kindness, compassion and wisdom. I deeply appreciate the efforts that go into providing this platform and the time of the staff and teachers in delivering these wonderful teachings. Thanks you Sangha Live for becoming such an important and valued part of my life.”
“I have been coming to the daily mediations pretty much constantly since they started, and it is no exaggeration to say that they have completely transformed my experience of life. Not to mention keeping me sane through months of isolation through the various lockdowns during the Covid pandemic."
“Sangha always reminds me that everything is not so dogmatic and can be light and easy without losing substance. Sangha Live has supported me to deepen my meditation practice and been an anchor but it’s also shown me the lighthearted and joyous side of practice.”

Start Time: Monday – Friday, 7 am BST (London) / 8 am CEST (Paris). 60-minute live session.
Antonia has been practicing meditation for more than 35 years and has had the good fortune to practice and study with a number of great teachers in the Tibetan Buddhist and Insight meditation traditions.

She has been teaching, lecturing and leading meditation retreats internationally since 2002 and is supporting individuals and groups as a mentor and supervisor. In 2010, she was awarded a Master of Studies in MBCT by the University of Oxford and in 2022 she completed the Bodhi College Dharma Teacher Training program.

The Sangha Live community is sustained through the Buddhist tradition of mutual generosity, also known as dana.
By offering their time and wisdom, our teachers assist in developing your meditation practice. Your dana, in turn, supports their work, as well as future Sangha Live programming.
If you’d like to support, you can make a donation during or after the meditation session.
