Daily Meditation 3 – 7 June 2024

Zohar Lavie

These sessions are led by Zohar Lavie.

Start Time: Monday – Friday, 7am BST (London) / 8am CEST (Paris). 60-minute live session.

Cultivating Peace

The Buddha’s teachings offer a profoundly pragmatic, compassionate and wise response to the human condition. During this week we will explore the art of pausing and looking deeply into our own lived experience, as a foundation for developing a peaceful heart. This supports the possibility for both our own well-being, as well as peace in the external world.
