Slow down. Open up. These four little words, these two simplest of instructions, have been the most profound, far-reaching and ongoingly helpful for me over 30 years of practice, since I first wrote them in a meditation journal on a long retreat in India, in 1992.
We’ll be exploring ways of slowing down and opening up, together, at this Day of Practice on May 7th. Join me for a few hours of training the mind, freeing the heart, and opening up to a life without friction.
