Sunday Sangha – 10th September 2023

Shaila Catherine

This session is led by Shaila Catherine.

Start Time: 11am PT (L.A.) / 2pm ET (N.Y.) / 7pm BST (London) / 8pm CEST (Paris). 90-minute live session.

This week’s theme: Lovingkindness in the Little Things

Shaila Catherine will explore the practice and purpose of lovingkindness (mettā) meditation. She will clarify what mettā is, and what mettā is not. Mettā is more than merely an antidote to apply on occasions when fear and ill will arise. Mettā can become a skillful and liberating way to experience all moments of life.
