First time joining us?

Before you access the live sessions, you need to create a one-time login. Here’s how to do it.

Leela has been teaching Buddhist Insight Meditation retreats for 20 years and works individually with students in her practice in Stockholm, Sweden. She has a Masters degree in Psychology and lives in the archipelago with her family. Leela has also been a student of the Diamond Path for the past 17 years and is training to be a teacher in that tradition.
