How To Join

First time joining us?

Before you access the live sessions, you need to create a one-time login.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. First make sure to use a supported browser. We recommend using Chrome, but Firefox, Opera or an Android browser works, too. Safari is supported but you may experience a 10-second delay, making it hard to interact live with the teacher.
  2. Click the green ‘Save My Spot!’ button.
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Enter your name

To Join with your iPhone

  1. Once you’re logged in to the Live session page, you will see two buttons near the top. Click ‘Install iOS app’ to install the Crowdcast app. Once downloaded from the app store, click ‘open in iOS app’ which will open the event in the app.
  2. To join future sessions, simply visit this page https://sangha.live/live, click on ‘save my spot’ and then ‘open in iOS app’.

Jill Satterfield

Jill Satterfield is an international mindfulness and meditation teacher, named “one of the 4 leading (mindful movement) and Buddhist teachers in the country” by Lion’s Roar. Her integration of embodied mindfulness and meditation includes somatic practices and contemplative psychology. Teaching for over 35 years, Jill approaches her work with the intention of empowering people from all walks of life, backgrounds and dispositions. Jill leads Trainings at UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center, was a founding faculty member of Spirit Rock Meditation Center’s Mindful Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training and is a mentor for Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Teacher Training. Student of Ajahn Amaro, Jill trained as a Buddhist Chaplain at the Sati Center for Buddhist Studies, a contributing author to “ Freeing the Body: Freeing the Mind” by Michael Stone, and is currently composing her own book.
