  1. Thank you for your teachings! (your kind wisdom and humor are so refreshing!)
    Bringing my focus to the three qualities, depending on where I might be stuck, is so helpful. My tendency is to absorb pain and suffering, so being able to breathe and sit with solidity/belly and transparency/ mind is something I will bring to my practice.
