This week’s topic is “Getting A Feel For Feeling

As we perceive, we add a feeling (vedanā) to our experience. When we are unaware of this process and react to the projected feeling, it causes unnecessary suffering (dukkha). However, understanding this process and responding skilfully leads to one of the deepest senses of freedom available. Let’s explore this freedom through our daily meditations this week.

The Dharma of Displacement: Finding Sacred Ground Amidst Groundlessness

We live in a time when so many beings – human and more-than-human – are being physically displaced – by climate events, wars, aggressive deportations, and more. This mirrors an internal collective experience of disorientation and displacement. To find ground in the midst of accelerated change is our practice. In this Sunday insight gathering we…

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Nathan Glyde – Week of June 12, 2023

This week’s topic is “All We All Need”. Meditation can be compared to an artist’s studio or an experimenter’s laboratory where we create what is necessary for well-being: connection, kindness, peace… What a wonderful blessing! Moreover, this is not just a gift we give to ourselves. Because of interdependence, we also provide what is essential for all beings.

  • Daily Meditation Recordings, with Ulla Koenig – Week of March 29, 2021

This week’s theme is: Re-Enchanting Our Practice. As much as anything else our practice of mindfulness and meditation can become a habit, and either turn dull, or come with a sense of obligation, work, or duty. In this week together, we will explore ways to bring imagination, embodiment, and intimacy to our practice. After all, meditation is as much a craft as an artform – a chance to discover inner landscapes, hidden mysteries and fascinating insights.

This week’s theme is: Trusting the Path of Love

The path of love is a path of transformation, both personal and collective. It is not an easy journey: moments of doubt and overwhelm are part of its terrain, and can sometimes erode our faith. To sustain and deepen our trust, we’ll explore the nature of transformation itself, while cultivating practices that steady and sustain an open heart.

This week’s theme is: Awakening Courage: Embracing Being, Belonging, and Becoming

A week of morning meditations to awaken the heart’s quiet, natural courage. Through presence, reflection, and stillness, these sessions invite us to rest in being – gently returning to awareness itself; to open into belonging – feeling our inseparable connection with the web of life; and to trust our becoming – the unfolding of wisdom and love through all that we do.

In the rhythm of being, belonging, and becoming, we are invited to live with authenticity, tenderness, and wholehearted courage.
