In the rhythm of nature, ripening is not rushed.
It happens slowly, quietly, under the warmth of the sun – a patient unfolding from within.
As we step into the fullness of summer, join clinical psychologist and retreat leader Antonia Sumbundu for a Day of Practice where we will gently explore the themes of ripening, ease, and inner nourishment.
Antonio invites us to turn inward – to slow down, rest, and reflect. To pause and dwell in deep presence.
Through guided meditation, silent sitting, and Dharma reflections, we’ll come together to explore what it means to soften, open, and renew ourselves in the richness of the present moment. With an emphasis on receptivity and non-striving, participants will be supported in meeting whatever arises with compassion and awareness.
Whether you’re feeling weary, curious, or simply called to stillness, this day offers space to remember the richness of now – and to return home to your own unfolding. No prior experience is required; all are welcome.
