Amidst the details, dramas and distractions of everyday life, we can easily lose ourselves, lose our focus, lose our minds.
I’ll be in New York for this day of practice. Together we’ll look at the myriad ways our attention gets seduced, and learn to use the quality of spaciousness in order to stay present amidst life’s intensities.
We’ll practice feeling for and finding space inwardly and outwardly, and around whatever may be happening, using this space to focus the mind and relieve the heart. We’ll explore sky-gazing meditation and sound meditation as forms of spaciousness practice, as well as walking meditation adapted for city life.
