Sunday Sangha – 27th April 2025

Wiebke Pausch

This session is led by Wiebke Pausch.

Start Time: 11 am PDT (LA) / 2 pm EDT (NY) / 7 pm BST (London) / 8 pm CEST (Paris). 90-minute live session.

This week’s theme: Embracing the Radical Act of Rest

In times of global challenges and uncertainty, we often respond with fear-driven action, guilt, or survival mode. Yet the simple act of resting offers a powerful path to liberation. By connecting with our bodies and trusting the ground beneath us, we cultivate ease that naturally supports the awakened mind.

When we act from deep rest, compassion, and inner freedom, we engage with life’s complexities more sustainably. Join us to explore what prevents deep rest and discover supportive practices for daily life. Together, we’ll practice embodied rest and share what helps us release inner struggle.

This session is freely-offered, but dana/donations are invited to help us meet our substantial running costs and to support our teachers. To donate, please click here. We appreciate your generosity 🙏
