Live Daily Meditation Series
Welcome to the N. American West Coast session for our Daily Meditation Series.
Each session this week will be a replay of the session that Martin Aylward gives in the mornings for the European sangha. Playback will begin at 8am PDT, and you’ll have the opportunity to chat with others sitting live together in the chat window just beneath the video below.
In future weeks, if the teacher is based in the U.S., the teachings will happen live in the U.S., and replayed in Europe the following day.
