How to get the best experience from the live sessions

    1. Make sure your browser is up to date:

      Chrome: open this link in a new browser window:

      chrome://settings/help

      You will need to relaunch Chrome once the update has been made

      Firefox: On the menu bar click the Firefox menu and select About Firefox. The About Firefox window will open. Firefox will check for updates and download them automatically.

      Safari: This browser is updated automatically when you upgrade your Mac OS
    2. Are you viewing from a phone or tablet?

      Android: you can use the Chrome browser (please make sure it’s up to date)

      iOS
      : you can use the Crowdcast app, downloadable from the App store (please make sure it’s up to date)

    3. Test your camera and microphone

      If you’d like to come onscreen and ask questions during a live session, please make sure that your camera is accessible to your browser.

    4. Are you using the latest Mac OS (Catalina)?

      This latest Mac OS has stronger privacy settings, and blocks the camera in Chrome by default.

      We recommend using Safari if you are having trouble with Chrome on a Mac.
