Radical Rest:
The Innate Wisdom of Slowing Down

Short Course

Learn to honor your body’s need for deep restoration, using the medicine of darkness

Darkness, as an element of nature, carries qualities that are receptive, or yin, like stillness and quietude. Darkness is the restorative, slow aspect of consciousness that is necessary to sustain and regenerate all of life.

Within the dominant paradigm, however, there is a bias towards light, and qualities which are active, or yang, such as motion, speed, productivity, and animation.

In this on-demand course, Deborah Eden Tull – dharma teacher and deep ecologist – guides us through a restorative program of meditation, mindful journaling, and practices for subtle body awareness.

Join Eden for an exploration of the regenerative balance and interplay of dark and light, yin and yan, and attunement and productivity that dharma practice invites into our lives.

Radical Rest

Join this session to receive:

  • Recognition of the restorative darkness as our ally in awakening
  • Appreciation for the subtle body as our guide to Radical Rest
  • An invitation to  s l o w  d o w n  and exchange the paradigm of depletion for the wisdom of rest, balance, and regeneration
