In times marked socially by uncertainty, injustice, polarization, and sometimes overwhelm, in the midst of the typical personal joys and sorrows of our day to day experiences, it can be difficult to know how to act-or even how to keep the heart steady. The Buddha’s teaching on Wise Intention (sammā saṅkappa) offers a compass, a steady orientation of the heart to support a simplification in the foundations of how we might move in this, often complex, world. Join us to explore how this may show up for your practice and life.

  • Daily Meditation Recordings, with Shireen Jilla – Week of 05 October, 2026

This week’s theme is: How Insecure Can We Be And Still Hold it Together . The conventional mind can be a relentless self-critic creating contraction and separation, sapping our energy and availability to life. It limits our spacious response and connection. Somatic intimacy with our vulnerability brings awareness beyond our reflex personal storytelling of fear, self judgment and pity. We open to spacious compassion, love and connection. Our Dharma Library thrives through collective generosity. Your donation helps sustain this offering for our entire community.
