Sunday Sangha – 31st May 2026

This session is led by Caverly Morgan.

Start Time: 11 am PDT (LA) / 2 pm EDT (NY) / 7 pm BST (London) / 8 pm CEST (Paris). 90-minute live session.

This week’s theme: The Body as a Gateway to Peace

Transform your relationship with the body. When we move beyond perceiving the body as merely a possession or a dense, fixed object, our experience of reality shifts. Experience how dropping the attention from the conditioned mind into the true nature of the body is a gateway to the heart of awareness. Here we discover the unborn nature of the body, free from the perception of separation and distortion. Here we find lasting peace.

This session is freely-offered, but dana/donations are invited to help us meet our substantial running costs and to support our teachers. To donate, please click here. We appreciate your generosity 🙏
