Daily Meditation Recordings, with Catherine McGee – Week of April 25, 2022

Catherine McGee

We’re fortunate that Catherine McGee has generously offered to lead our daily meditation sessions for Europe and the UK. To find out more about Catherine, and to view her other contributions to Sangha Live, click here.

Recordings are posted 24 – 36 hours after the live session runs.

This week’s theme is “Exploring and Developing the Power of a Light Touch“.

A light touch can allow our practice to unfold more easefully, make the depths of our hearts more available and create a greater agility in our relationships with the world. With our body as the primary ground for our practice we will explore different ways to cultivate this kind of attention, enjoy the fruits of our efforts and attend to what might hinder this natural capacity

    The Wisdom of No Escape

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Martin Aylward – Week of 4 March, 2024

This week’s topic is “Wide and Deep: an Integrated Practice in Meditation and in Life”. This week at Sangha live, the morning meditations with Martin will draw each day on elements of dharma practice and understanding that can be both cultivated in meditation, and applied in daily activity. We’ll encourage a steady participation in the mornings through the week, and reflect on using the daily themes to explore our habits, beliefs and reactions throughout each day.

  • Settled Form, Steady Heart: Qigong for Mindful Presence

When our physical energy feels restless or flat, it becomes harder to meet our inner experience with care and attention. This is why embodied practices such as qigong and mindful breathing are valuable: they help settle our body, making it far easier for our heart to find a steadier, more skillful unfolding. Please join this…
