The precepts are often shared on the first night of retreat to kind of go into a social contract of how we’re going to care for one another on retreat, while holding the nobility of silence. And out in the world, without the protection of silence and this commitment, we often forget how deeply we belong to each other. In this Sunday Session we’ll explore what it could look and feel like to take this spirit of non – harming and protection off the cushion and into our daily lives.

All Worldly Dharma is Buddha Dharma
Recorded :
July 30, 2023 Nowadays, many Buddhist practitioners have mistaken views. Taking the false to be true, we can make some progress, but not much. Discovering the Joy of Sensory Awareness: Mindfulness in Nature
Recorded :
February 12, 2023 When we turn our attention to the sensory, natural world around us, mindfulness practice can become easeful and expansive. Nature allures awareness through her beauty, and range of dynamic, enchanting experience. In this session we will practice cultivating attention to our sense experience, and discovering joy, peace and wonder in this very moment. Tune in from any peaceful environment outdoors with an internet connection, or indoors, ideally with a view of the outdoors.

We do a number of fun experiential practices in hopes of understanding a variety of ways to meditate and how we can refine our own practice.

Discovering Diamonds in Darkness: Racism & Cultural Diversity
Recorded :
March 19, 2023 Racism and cultural identity have indiscriminately been seeded into human consciousness since the beginning of humanity. The health of any community begins with the Sense of Self. This Dharma assembly will focus on our sense of self as we investigate consciousness using the Noble Truths for Awakening. Millions have followed this path of practice for millennia.
