As we gather at the end of the year, we will explore the practice of reflection.
Too often our thinking is unclear and out of control, yet clearly directed thought is an invaluable facet of meditative exploration.
When we learn to move from distracted, reactive thinking to deep, reflective thinking, we quiet the noise – opening our minds to profound insight, clarity and understanding.
This will be our exploration in a Day of Practice (our last of the year) with Sangha Live’s founding and guiding teacher, Martin Aylward.
We’ll use the day to contemplate the year gone by to find the way ahead, using the experiences of 2024 as a suitable subject for recollection, reflexion and insight.
