Sunday Sangha – 5th July 2026

Wiebke Pausch

This session is led by Wiebke Pausch.

Start Time: 11 am PDT (LA) / 2 pm EDT (NY) / 7 pm BST (London) / 8 pm CEST (Paris). 90-minute live session.

This week’s theme: Fierce & Tender: The Dance of Self-Compassion

True Self-Compassion is more than just gentle comfort; it is a dynamic balance of nurturing care and protective, motivating strength. While the tender side soothes our pain, the fierce dimension provides the courage to stand up for our needs and take decisive action. We will explore how balancing these forces empowers us to set healthy boundaries and create lasting, positive change in our lives and the world.

Quote:

“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”

Audre Lorde (Black, lesbian, feminist, socialist, mother, warrior, poet )1988
