Settled Form, Steady Heart: Qigong for Mindful Presence

With Mimi Kuo-Deemer recorded on October 26, 2025.

When our physical energy feels restless or flat, it becomes harder to meet our inner experience with care and attention. This is why embodied practices such as qigong and mindful breathing are valuable: they help settle our body, making it far easier for our heart to find a steadier, more skillful unfolding. Please join this Sunday Sangha and experience energy-settling and heart-steadying practices to support mindful presence and ease.

  1. After a week of being absorbed looking after my elderly parent and my focus being completely on her and her needs, I felt really ungrounded and had lost my centre. After a long drive home, I got back home just in time to catch this class live and boy did it reset me back to myself! Gentle, but powerful, Mimi’s teachings are always soothing, educational and empowering. Thank you for this, it’s a class I feel is important to come back to again and again until it becomes embedded as a daily practice, thank you x
