Gail Aylward
Gail Aylward left her life in London in the early 1990s when she became disillusioned with her banking career, and started practicing meditation and yoga in India and in Europe. After some years, as well as starting a family with her partner, Martin, she began to teach retreats offering the combination of these ancient practices.
She co-founded Moulin de Chaves meditation retreat centre in SW France in 2005, and continues to be involved as co-director and program coordinator.
Also in 2005, Gail became a student of the Diamond Approach, a modern spiritual school that combines ancient wisdom with modern psychotherapy. Inspired and deeply transformed by this path, she joined their 10-year teacher training program, and in 2021 was ordained as a Teacher/Minister in the Ridhwan School. She supports Diamond Approach groups and retreats, and works one to one with individuals in this path.
