This week’s theme is: Going Gently Through the Dark

A week of practice together, navigating both the darkness of winter and the inner states that can also feel dark, barren, wintry. A week of meditation and of community, of teachings and practice, or reminding ourselves of the preciousness and the possibilities of a flourishing human life.

Our Dharma Library thrives through collective generosity. Your donation helps sustain this offering for our entire community.

  1. I, too, am a fan of Leonard”s poetry and songs, and of your guidance through these particularly dark times on so many levels. I’ve begun to notice just how often I protect my heart, even though I may be having a wonderful time with others. Your words about softening and checking in with the reality of my sense of not being safe, is helping me to allow more of the love and kindness into my body. I so appreciate your way of helping me to let go of such tenacious unhelpful habits. Thank you.
