Alexis Santos

Alexis Santos has practiced Insight Meditation since 2001, studying in India, Burma and the US. In 2003 he practiced as a Buddhist monk for several years under Sayadaw U Tejaniya who continues to be a guiding influence. Alexis is also a graduate of the Spirit Rock/IMS Teacher Training program.
