This week’s topic is “The Changeless. Knock, knock on Heaven’s Door

Conventional human experience reveals the subject and the object. The object includes, mind/body/things/world/time/space and here and now. All of these are subject to change. The subject includes consciousness, perception, awareness, attention, mindfulness, I and my. All subject to change. We might conclude true reality reveals change. Can realisation of the changeless make easy the navigation of change?

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Antonia Sumbundu and Christopher Titmuss – Week of 27 October, 2025

We’re delighted to have Antonia Sumbundu guiding our Daily Meditation sessions this week. May these sessions support and deepen your practice.

This week’s theme is: Awakening Courage: Embracing Being, Belonging, and Becoming

A week of morning meditations to awaken the heart’s quiet, natural courage. Through presence, reflection, and stillness, these sessions invite us to rest in being – gently returning to awareness itself; to open into belonging – feeling our inseparable connection with the web of life; and to trust our becoming – the unfolding of wisdom and love through all that we do.

In the rhythm of being, belonging, and becoming, we are invited to live with authenticity, tenderness, and wholehearted courage.

Our Dharma Library thrives through collective generosity. Your donation helps sustain this offering for our entire community.

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Miles Kessler – Week of 15 June, 2026

This week’s theme is: The Seven Factors Of Awakening . In this week of daily meditations, you will explore the Buddha’s foundational teaching on the “Seven Factors of Awakening” (bojjhaṅga): mindfulness, investigation, energy, joy, tranquility, concentration, and equanimity. Together we will examine how these qualities arise in meditation practice, are gradually cultivated, and are the very factors that support awakening. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how the path of practice unfolds, and you will gain practical tools for cultivating greater balance, clarity, and insight. “For one who is mindful, investigating phenomena, energy arises. For one who is energetic, joy arises…” – Samyutta Nikaya. Our Dharma Library thrives through collective generosity. Your donation helps sustain this offering for our entire community.

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Nirmala Werner – Week of Apr 29 – 3 May, 2024

This week’s topic is “Mindfulness of the nervous system: transforming fear, struggle and separation into love and connection”. We humans are social animals and need each other to feel safe and secure, to grow and to nourish ourselves. How can we live with a sense of connection, loving-kindness, and inner family? Our meditation practice allows us to take a break between stimulus and response. When we come into contact with our loved ones, we all too easily lose the inner freedom we think we have achieved and avoid our difficulties, also called spiritual bypassing. This week we explore what supports us to react flexibly to the internal and external world, to relax and to allow closeness and real intimacy. We will look into the first foundation of mindfulness, mindfulness of the body, including harmonizing the body formations and nervous system to meet our difficulties with gentleness.
