Daily Meditation Recordings, with Ulla Koenig – Week of 14 October, 2024

Ulla Koenig

We’re fortunate that Ulla Koenig has generously offered to lead our daily meditation sessions for Europe and the UK.

This week’s topic is “Speaking with Wisdom”.

Communication is essential for us humans – we create relationships, share stories, remember the past and dream the future through language. Equally, communication can create misunderstandings, fuel conflict and division. In times of deepening polarization we might all benefit from tools which help us to create understanding and support community building. According to the Buddha, one eighth of our practice should be dedicated to such a training of skillful communication. This week we’ll pick up on this invitation and explore perspectives and tools which help us to negotiate needs, boundaries, and views and de-escalate conflict.

  • Acting on Behalf of Consciousness

As we move into this new year, most of us are ready to leave 2020 behind. So much hardship, for so many, has arisen in the last year. Many of us felt more isolated, more separate, than ever before. As we transition into 2021, rather than live and act on behalf of that felt sense…

    When the Path Becomes Natural

Much of the time, the path of meditation and awareness must be worked with intention, realigning ourselves with the teachings, with practice, lovingkindness and compassion. Other times, the path may become an effortless, natural part of our lives. We will explore the ways our practice feels easeful and our intentions metabolized and also how we…

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Sophie Boyer – Week of June 19, 2023

This week’s topic is “Generosity at the Heart of One of Life’s Greatest Mysteries”. What meaning does generosity embody when we open our minds to accepting one of life’s greatest realities – that in fact we know and master very little. Let us explore the different ways in which facing our experiences with generosity allows us to let go of our preconceptions and taste all of life’s flavours and feel fully alive.

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Nathan Glyde – Week of June 14, 2021

This week’s theme is: Contentment Blockers

The Buddha named five key ways access to contentment is blocked, and gave clear and profound teachings that break through to the peace, joy, and freedom they obscure.

Our hearts and minds can be pulled into a mission of greed, or sucked into aversion and rejection. We often swing between restlessness and sluggishness. It is normal to doubt the possibility of developing our experience in more free and delightful ways.

This week we will explore the possibilities available to us to calm habitual patterns and invite vibrant-tranquility.

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Zohar Lavie – Week of 12 January, 2026

This week’s theme is: In Service of a Boundless Heart:

An exploration of the rich breadth of the teachings and their capacity to transform our experience into something beautiful and liberating. As we include more aspects of our lives in our practice and emphasise interconnection, ethics, compassion and wisdom, a precious process unfolds; a process of unbinding the heart and expanding it to be as wide as the world.
