With Ulla Koenig recorded on June 16, 2019.

What is pleasure and what is happiness?

Why is my pursuit of happiness not working?

Is there any lasting happiness?

Together we inquire into the nature of happiness. We reflect on different attempts in our lives to find happiness and what stops us from being contented. Inspired by the Buddha’s own quest for a genuine and deep happiness, we investigate what a healthy and supportive approach towards ease and freedom could look like.

This 90 minute long session consists of a guided meditation on happiness, a Dharma Talk and the opportunity to ask questions and share experiences.

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Nathan Glyde – Week of March 21, 2022

This week’s topic is: Harmonising Our Life. The Buddha’s wisdom highlights how we often live entangled in stress and distress. The earliest mentions of this disharmonious state called it being in an argument with life. Dharma teachings invite us away from habitual rigidity and reactivity into a responsive and harmonising release. This week we will uncover deeper and more creative ways of attuning to life that support inner and outer freedom and well-being.
