Unlike most mindfulness courses, our on-demand courses are led by world-renowned teachers who teach you specific areas of mindfulness practice and how to relate it back and apply these teachings in your everyday life. These self-paced courses which you can do in your own time are a great introduction to the teachings of Buddha and many students use these courses as a stepping stone towards deepening their practice.
Live Online Courses
Deepening our understanding and practice requires more than just knowledge. We need to take the wisdom we’re given and engage with it, ask questions and discover a context in our own lives. That’s why we developed our Live Training with a blend of workshop training and live elements. Nowhere else will you benefit from the opportunity to directly ask questions and get answers from our high profile teachers, engage with others and experience shared learning in this way.
Our 90 minute Sunday Sangha sessions are for everyone, wherever you are. Each week a different teacher from our diverse slate will host a Sangha Live session and offer their perspective on a challenge, issue or thought. Join the discussion, ask questions or simply quietly observe and enjoy our shared time together.
