Sangha Live’s Dharma Academy is a rich, immersive journey into the heart of Buddha-dharma, uniting the insights of Theravāda, Mahāyāna, and Vajrayāna traditions. This multi-lineage program offers a kind of Buddhist “cross-training” that opens new dimensions of understanding and practice in a unique opportunity to deepen, expand, and enliven your path.

Weekly teachings and Dharma talks are entry-level, easy to understand, and grounded in practice. Though rooted in and infused with Buddhist philosophy, the Academy is accessible at any skill or experience level and requires no background in meditation or Buddhism.
