Opening to the Joy of Interconnection

With Zohar Lavie recorded on July 4, 2021.

A deeply conditioned habit of the human mind is to experience ourselves as independent and distinct from others and the world that we share. At the heart of Dharma teachings is the invitation to question, inquire into and transform this conditioning of separation, opening us to the joy and possibility of mutuality and interconnectedness. During this session we will explore ways of relating to our experience that support this transformation, and lead us to further wellbeing personally, communally and globally.

  • Daily Meditation Recordings, with Ayala Gill – Week of 04 November, 2024

This week’s theme is: Love’s Fullness

Mindfulness is a practice of remaining present, open and loving to the deepest truth of this moment as it arises and dissolves. It invites us into an intimate, warm and embodied relationship with life, where each moment is sensed, felt and known with love. The four foundations of mindfulness return us to love’s fullness.

    Unshakeable Peace

The whole reason to study and practice the Dhamma is to find peace from suffering. Unshakeable peace is not found in agreeable external conditions. It is cultivated as an internal ground. It is the resilience needed to fully show up in the world in the midst of agreeable and disagreeable external conditions.

  • Nathan Glyde

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Nathan Glyde – Week of May 23, 2022

This week’s topic is An Enigma Inside A Mystery. We typically freeze in amazement or feverishly search for causes when we suffer dukkha (life’s tension). We’ve probably all experienced how these reactions exacerbate the problem. The Buddha taught that dukkha is a puzzle that can be solved: it doesn’t have to be a mystery. We can learn the resolution that brings us from bewilderment to marvellous release by paying quiet attention to the pattern of the difficulty.

  • Daily Meditation Recordings, with Gail Aylward – Week of 09 March, 2026

This week’s theme is: Kindness Begins Within

This week, we will explore kindness as a gentle strength of body, heart and mind where we can learn to meet our thoughts and feelings, meet ourselves and others with warmth rather than judgment. As this inner kindness deepens, it naturally flows outward, shaping how we speak, listen, and move through the world.
