This week’s theme is: Gathering in the Goodness

Drop by drop the pot of goodness is filled.‘ -Buddha

Gathering in community we become more than the sum of our parts. We are each supported by, and supporting others — meditating alone is far less easy. Just so, in each moment of mindfulness we gather body-heart-mind from distraction into presence and open possibilities for greater and greater well-being; not just for ourselves, but for all beings.

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Zohar Lavie – Week of December 12, 2022

This week’s topic is “Interwoven and Free”

This week we will disentangle the habitual knots of isolation and ignorance and open to the freedom available as we open our exploration of inter-being.

    Trusting Impermanence

‘All things fall apart’ was the Buddha’s last teaching before passing away. How can we live peacefully with this universal and challenging truth? In this session, we’ll practice how attuning to change supports letting go.

  • Resting in Love, as Love

Consciousness itself is not disturbed by a busy mind. In practice, the ego takes this truth and says, “I will transcend mind.” But the “I” that experiences itself as separate from life cannot and will not ever know liberation. There is no such thing as an enlightened ego. What else is possible? Resting in Love,…

Practicing the Middle Way: Navigating Between Extremes

The Buddha invites us to travel the Middle Path, between extremes. How do we navigate this path that leads to knowledge, understanding and liberation? We practice with mindfulness and kindness to meet our day to day experiences and our conditioning: societal, familial, cultural, and historical. Inviting in curiosity and diligence, we learn to practice to…
