Daily Meditation Recordings, with Leela Sarti – Week of March 7, 2022

Leela Sarti

We’re fortunate that Leela Sarti has generously offered to lead our daily meditation sessions for Europe and the UK. To find out more about Leela, and to view her other contributions to Sangha Live, click here.

Recordings are posted 24 – 36 hours after the live session runs.

This week’s theme is “Nurturing a Long View and Living Now”.

It takes a lot of heart and presence to live a satisfying and meaningful life. Our inner patterns of resistance and reactivity often make us short sighted and contracted, and yet we have the potential to live from a timeless presence and embody beautiful human qualities such as wisdom, care, passion and originality. How can you make your time on earth something beautiful to behold? How can you live now with zest, courage, and love? How can you be a good ancestor for the ones that will live 100,000 years from now?

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Martin Aylward – Week of 4 March, 2024

This week’s topic is “Wide and Deep: an Integrated Practice in Meditation and in Life”. This week at Sangha live, the morning meditations with Martin will draw each day on elements of dharma practice and understanding that can be both cultivated in meditation, and applied in daily activity. We’ll encourage a steady participation in the mornings through the week, and reflect on using the daily themes to explore our habits, beliefs and reactions throughout each day.

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Miles Kessler – Week of February 19, 2024

What is your relationship to fear? When fear arises, is your tendency to collapse into it, or to resist and struggle with it? Or do you deny it? How do you know if you need to face fear with courage, or simply surrender to its inevitability? What does it mean to practice with fear? In this week of Daily Meditations, you are invited to join Miles in an exploration into the human experience of fear, and how it arises in your life, relationships, and practice. You will learn how to work with fear by cultivating courage and surrender, the core qualities of the Spiritual Warrior.

  • Return to Oneness – Resting in Luminous Being

Who is it that suffers? And why is asking that question valuable in our spiritual practice? In this Sunday session, we’ll explore these questions, and more. This week’s theme is: Timeless presence in the midst of daily life.

This week we will invite the possibility of being grounded in the depth of timeless presence in the midst of daily life. We will practice and inquire how to live a full and heartfelt life from silence and emptiness, and yet being yourself in peace with others, and doing what needs to be done.
