  1. I can’t connect live now that the time has changed so I’m catching up the next day. I’m in Australia so the live session is at 5pm. Thankyou for making this possible.

  2. As I was attending to the field of love, I suddenly felt a burning discomfort moving from the bottom of my heart and, eventually, after several minutes, dissolving. Your reminder that everything is everything allowed for a calm and curious experience….just being present and belonging. Thank you, as I trust this practice will be helpful with me as I navigate the surging questions I have about living my life with more courage.
See you next time! Be well..

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Nathan Glyde – Week of September 19, 2022

This week’s topic is “Compose Yourself”. Dharma teachings appear to pull ‘us’ in two directions: on the one hand we pacify, renouncing and let go of everything, even of ourselves; on the other we energise, expanding our being into interconnection, to extend a limitless, inclusive welcome to all everywhere. Confidence in the Dhamma, Confidence in Yourself

As we attune to the truth of impermanence (anicca) the very preciousness of life itself begins to penetrate our awareness: the flowers will not last forever, our dear friends will come and go, those we love will grow old. Even how we chop our vegetables matters if we wan’t to be touched by the the…

Everyday Equanimity; Shifting from Reactivity to Responsiveness

The practice of equanimity supports us to find balance, stability and steadiness within the changing conditions of our lives. We can then respond with wisdom and compassion to whatever is unfolding. Equanimity is a fruit of the practice, as well as a way of relating that we can cultivate intentionally. We will explore ways to…

Pride Every Day of Our Lives

Pride celebrations are dedicated to celebrating the freedoms we have as LGBTQIA2S+ people and for campaigning for the human rights of Queer and Trans people around the world. 50 years ago the Gay Liberation Front held their first march in London. I was a kid, when history was being made. History is still being made…

The full range of the heart.

We call this ‘the season of goodwill’. A reminder to care for one another, and to wish each other well. This year, we find ourselves in more need of understanding and expressing our common humanness than ever. We use this week’s session to honour the human heart; to reflect together on both how we respond…
