  1. I can’t connect live now that the time has changed so I’m catching up the next day. I’m in Australia so the live session is at 5pm. Thankyou for making this possible.

  2. As I was attending to the field of love, I suddenly felt a burning discomfort moving from the bottom of my heart and, eventually, after several minutes, dissolving. Your reminder that everything is everything allowed for a calm and curious experience….just being present and belonging. Thank you, as I trust this practice will be helpful with me as I navigate the surging questions I have about living my life with more courage.
See you next time! Be well..

    The colouring of awareness.

Meditation practice trains our capacity to be aware, in real time, of what is happening. But what is colouring your awareness? We can pay very clear and steady attention in a way that is also demanding, defensive or deluded. Or we can give attention in a way that conduces to wisdom, spaciousness, equanimity and kindness.

    Faith: Cultivating an Undivided Life

The divisiveness we see around us begins in the binary mind: self and other, me and you, us and them. In each moment, we like and don’t like, pick and choose, evaluate and judge. How can we untangle this tangle? This talk will explore how practice helps liberate us from our views and opinions, and…

Apply as Needed; the Benefits of Skillful Means

Becoming quiet allows for deeper listening – to the whispers of the body, heart and mind as parts of a whole and as harmonic convergence. How we tune our instruments depends on what we hear. Skillful means provide a variety of tools to self prescribe and address what is needed in the moment. We’ll practice…
