  1. I can’t connect live now that the time has changed so I’m catching up the next day. I’m in Australia so the live session is at 5pm. Thankyou for making this possible.

  2. As I was attending to the field of love, I suddenly felt a burning discomfort moving from the bottom of my heart and, eventually, after several minutes, dissolving. Your reminder that everything is everything allowed for a calm and curious experience….just being present and belonging. Thank you, as I trust this practice will be helpful with me as I navigate the surging questions I have about living my life with more courage.
See you next time! Be well..

To live full lives we need access to eros; without it we become dry, rigid, flacid and withholding. Yet what place does it have…

The end of fear: conscious living, conscious dying.

Until we are free there is a fundamental fear of the spaciousness that is our true nature. Can we become intimately familiar with the urge to run away from the love, the spaciousness, that is the essence of this moment? All fear is fear of death, fear based on our identification only with that which…

  • The Happiness of a Liberated Heart

What is pleasure and what is happiness? Why is my pursuit of happiness not working? Is there any lasting happiness? Together we inquire into the nature of happiness. We reflect on different attempts in our lives to find happiness and what stops us from being contented. Inspired by the Buddha’s own quest for a genuine…
