  1. I can’t connect live now that the time has changed so I’m catching up the next day. I’m in Australia so the live session is at 5pm. Thankyou for making this possible.

  2. As I was attending to the field of love, I suddenly felt a burning discomfort moving from the bottom of my heart and, eventually, after several minutes, dissolving. Your reminder that everything is everything allowed for a calm and curious experience….just being present and belonging. Thank you, as I trust this practice will be helpful with me as I navigate the surging questions I have about living my life with more courage.
See you next time! Be well..

Citta and Right Speech: Cultivating the Voice of Kindness and Wisdom

Dharma practice encourages us to transform our thoughts, words and actions. The primary mechanism for how this is accomplished is vague. This week’s theme is: Meeting the Bodily Companion

Mindfulness of the body is a key aspect of practice. When we’re in contact with our bodies, we root ourselves in the present moment and find refuge from obsessive thinking. These sessions serve a renewal of our relationship with our lifelong companion: the body. Movement, breathing, skilfully applied imagination, etc. will provide creative ways to deepen an embodied way of life. Everybody will be able to join in these gentle but powerful practices. Make sure you have enough space to comfortably stretch your arms to all sides and consider practicing standing or lying down during these sessions, depending on your level of energy.

    When Less is More

Gautam Buddha said he gained nothing from complete awakening. What are our everyday experiences of the magic of less? Trying less does not mean less energy, connection or insight. How little effort is needed to hear a sound or to feel the ground? Simply listening to a friend with ease and no answers can leave…

We’re delighted to have Jaya Rudgard guiding our Daily Meditation sessions this week. May these sessions support and deepen your practice.

This week’s theme is: Still Here, Still Now: Waking Up to Life

As we develop our ability to remain present to experience our insight into the nature of that experience deepens. We’ll continue to explore this week how mindfulness can lead not just to less stress here and now but to the kind of seeing that will eventually free the heart-mind from all its self-created suffering.
