Finding Wholeness & Healing Within Heartbreak

With Rashid Hughes recorded on March 1, 2026.

Found our teachings useful? Help us continue our work and support your teachers with a donation. Here’s how.

Heartbreak is inevitable, yet reconciliation isn’t always possible. Rashid’s session offers a path toward healing when face-to-face forms of reconciliation fall short or aren’t accessible. Through one of Rashid’s new practices, with guided visualization and contemplative work, participants explore how to tend internal wounds, honor grief, and reclaim wholeness—even without external resolution. Within a loving practice space, you will gain experience with transforming perception through imagination, safely processing difficult emotions while respecting your boundaries and ending cycles of violence rooted in unprocessed heartbreak.

Imagination: An Integral Aspect of Liberating the Heart

Our heart/mind is naturally creative; it foresees, remembers, dreams, and perceives. We can give ourselves permission to imagine and co-create our lives. And once this is cultivated and the doors of perception are…

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Sophie Boyer – Week of March 27, 2022

This week’s topic is “Movement in Stillness”. The flow of life is unpredictable, and its instability and the changes it presents often throw us off balance. The Buddha suggests adopting an approach where beauty and freedom can emerge at the center of this “movement in stillness.” Throughout this week, we will explore the challenges that arise when facing the realities of birth, life, and death, and how open, stable attention and clear perception can support a deeper understanding of the natural flow of all things.

  • What does Liberation Mean?

Buddha-Dharma teachings offer unparalleled insight into Truth, both ultimate and relative. Yet many practitioners fall into the belief that regular meditation alone will lead to breakthrough experiences and liberation-reinforced by the image of Buddha sitting under the Bodhi Tree.True liberation requires more than mindfulness practice. It transforms our entire conditioning: our ethics, how we view…
