A lessening of the should and the musts, the past and the future. Just being present as you are – through gentle movement, standing and sitting, we will explore paths that encourage presence. We will look at shapes that support your body and that help you to be here. To deeply understand these words from Dogen: “I realised clearly that my eyes are set horizontally and my nose vertically.”

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Sophie Boyer – Week of 01 December, 2025
This week’s theme is: Before Reactivity
Desire and ill-will very often drive our experience without being noticed. Learning to stay in the space before it arises, no matter how uncomfortable it can be is the entry point that leads to resilience. This week Sophie Boyer invites us to explore some ways to become more familiar with that space and experience the freedom that emerge from it. Resilience as a space of non-reactivity.

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Nathan Glyde – Week of 07 September, 2026
This week’s theme is: Awakening Confidence . Doubt in freedom’s possibility, and in our capacity to embody it, is one of the stickiest hindrances on this path – it doesn’t just cloud the mind but hollows out our willingness to practice at all. Yet by meeting each hindrance with wisdom and skill, we build the confidence to dissolve doubt. Our Dharma Library thrives through collective generosity. Your donation helps sustain this offering for our entire community.

Recorded :
January 22, 2023 In this session, we will explore the Buddha’s wise use of images in the Phena Sutta. We will see how these are representations of the deepest teachings of Insight Meditation and how they can be relevant for us today in our quest to free the mind and heart from constriction. There will be time to practice together guided by Pascal and time for questions and beginning of answers.

Daily Meditation Recordings, with Nathan Glyde – Week of Sept 27, 2021
This week’s topic is “The Boundless Heart”.
“As a mother would risk her life
to protect her child, her only child,
even so should one cultivate a limitless heart
with regard to all beings.”
Karaniya Metta Sutta: translation Thānisarro Bhikku -
Daily Meditation Recordings with Nathan Glyde – Week of April 1, 2024
This week’s topic is “Liberating View”. The Buddha recommended adopting three skilful and liberating views: that all things are transient; that they cannot bring long-term happiness; and that phenomena are not self. These provide incredibly beneficial and freeing ways of perceiving reality.
