We all long for authentic, deep connection.
We want to be loved, appreciated and understood by those around us.
We are profoundly relational beings, and yet it is also in relation to others – and most particularly those close to us – that we also experience rejection, misunderstanding and hurt.
This Day of Practice will go into the psychodynamics of close relationships – including friends, family and partners – starting with the most intense of all relationships: your relationship with yourself.
Sangha Live’s founding and guiding teacher, Martin Aylward, will share practices for connection, while also exploring how we unconsciously deny it to ourselves through our defences, distractions and fears. The orientation of this day, and of our explorations together, will be to challenge and to transform the ways you relate.
Come as you are, be sincere, and let’s see together how these precious teachings and practices can support a life that is more fearless, more fluid, more free.
