This week’s topic is “Liberating Care: A Path of Kindness, Compassion and Well-being

The Buddha recommended radiating goodwill to all beings. This requires us to deepen our connection and sensitively empathise with everyone. Which immediately invites well-being to our whole being. When a well-nourished heart encounters suffering, compassion blossoms. And this journey of awakening begins to liberate pain, born of separation, into interwoven joy.

Ask Me Anything: Everything You Wanted to Know about Dharma, but were too Embarrassed / Deluded / Enlightened to Ask

In this session, Martin opened up to dharma questions from the Sangha. • Can love reveal ultimate reality?

We know the cost to the reality of life through deprivation of love.

Science has eliminated love from its analysis of reality.

We cannot know ultimate reality though highlighting the mind and dismissing the heart or vice-versa.

The Buddha made frequent reference to metta with its three-fold application of deep love, kindness or friendship.

This talk will explore the relationship of love to ultimate reality.
