Start Time: 11 am PDT (LA) / 2 pm EDT (NY) / 7 pm BST (London) / 8 pm CEST (Paris). 90-minute live session.
This week’s theme: Nothing to Protect, Nothing to Prove, Nothing to Possess
We are biologically wired to protect, promote, and satisfy a self that is always changing – a reflex that can keep us gripping the hot coal of resentment while waiting for the world to apologise. We’ll explore how equanimity, resilience, and relinquishment loosen that grip, and how the simple declaration “You have nothing to fear from me” becomes a daily practice of everyday nirvana.
Inspirational quote:
“Most forget that we are all bound to die. Those who remember lay down their quarrels.”
– Gotama, Dhammapada verse 6 (trans. Bhikkhu Sujato)
