Sunday Sangha – 19th October 2025

This session is led by Milla Gregor.

Start Time: 11 am PDT (LA) / 2 pm EDT (NY) / 7 pm BST (London) / 8 pm CEST (Paris). 90-minute live session.

This week’s theme: Clarity, Presence and Love: Both on and off the Cushion

How to meet the world’s joys and crises, alongside our deepening practice? Learn from the examples of Buddhist teachers and activists who engage with the world and create change from the presence, clarity and love of a dedicated dharma practice. Join Milla and the Sangha Live community to share experiences, discuss ideas and hear real-life examples (both joys and challenges!) of practising at this lively intersection. Come along if you’d like to:

  • connect with others who find these connections motivating and fascinating
  • be inspired by amazing real-life stories
  • be encouraged by how accessible taking action can be, within everyday life, and
  • explore new ways to expand your practice, both on and off the cushion

This session is freely-offered, but dana/donations are invited to help us meet our substantial running costs and to support our teachers. To donate, please click here. We appreciate your generosity 🙏
