Sunday Sangha – 10th May 2026

This session is led by Santacitta Bhikkhuni.

Start Time: 11 am PDT (LA) / 2 pm EDT (NY) / 7 pm BST (London) / 8 pm CEST (Paris). 90-minute live session.

This week’s theme: Human Body – Earth Body – One Body

The Earth speaks to us through our bodies. By contemplating the elements we come to understand that all life on Earth is simply interbeing. Through this sensed understanding we begin to transform human supremacy into human response-ability, a deepening of our inborn capacity for a healthy regenerative relationship with ourselves and our world.

Quote: The entire cosmos is constantly teaching the Dharma. All we need is the mind which is ready to learn. ~ Ajahn Buddhdhasa

This session is freely-offered, but dana/donations are invited to help us meet our substantial running costs and to support our teachers. To donate, please click here. We appreciate your generosity 🙏
