Sunday Sangha – 8th February 2026

This session is led by Charlie Morley.

Start Time: 11 am PST (LA) / 2 pm EST (NY) / 7 pm GMT (London) / 8 pm CET (Paris). 90-minute live session.

This week’s theme: Lucid Dreaming: Awakening While We Sleep

A lucid dream is a dream in which we are actively aware that we are dreaming as the dream is happening. Once we are lucid we gain access to the deepest depths of the unconscious mind which allows us to engage in psychological healing at a level often unattainable in the waking state. And beyond that, through lucid dreaming we gain access to a laboratory of enlightened action in which we can taste the truth of shunyata in one of the most visceral ways.

This session is freely-offered, but dana/donations are invited to help us meet our substantial running costs and to support our teachers. To donate, please click here. We appreciate your generosity 🙏
