Dene Donalds
Dene Donalds has practiced and studied Dharma since the mid nineties, practicing with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s tradition since 2001. He received lay ordination in 2007 and became a lay Dharma teacher in 2016.
Committed to socially engaged Buddhism, Dene has helped establish a number of social enterprises in the UK, working with people with learning disabilities, autism and with refugees, and offers the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village within prisons.
Dene also offers retreats for the Plum Village spiritual community and The Sharpham Trust, and is a visiting teacher at Gaia House Insight Meditation Centre.
