Milla Gregor
Milla is a facilitator and founder of Movement for Change, a project supporting charities and changemakers to flourish in their work and avoid burnout. She has practised Buddhist meditation since 2004 and is a student of Martin Aylward. Other important teachers include Thich Nhat Hanh, Martine Batchelor, Leigh Brasington and Lama Rod Owens.
Milla also shares embodied yoga practice and constructive conflict skills, supports charities with evaluation and research, and sings with the Stop Shopping Choir when not gardening, swimming or cycling around East London.
