Lila Kimhi

Lila Kimhi has been practicing the Dharma since 1999, in India, Thailand and the west. She has spent long periods on retreats and in Ashrams, in the Insight tradition as well as the non-dual tradition. A senior Dharma teacher in Tovana, the Israeli insight society, Lila was one of the founders of ‘Middle Way’ in 2002 and was involved in leading peace walks throughout Israel. In 2013 she co-founded ‘Aley Adamot’, an Eco-spiritual center in the rural Judea planes, where she now lives and teaches. Lila leads retreats and spiritual journeys in various places including Israel, Sinai, Egypt, Japan and South India.
