Lila Kimhi
Lila Kimhi fell in love with the Dharma in 1999 and from then on spent long periods of practice in India and Thailand, as well as in the west, in centers, ashrams and monasteries in the vipassana tradition and with the non-dual teacher, Ramesh Balsekar. Lila has been teaching full time since 2005 mostly in Israel, in ‘Tovana’, the Israeli insight society, on retreats and various programs, and to people dealing with cancer and chronic pain and illness. Lila has been involved in peace projects in Israel and Palestine, and in 2002 was one of the founders of “Middle way”, organizing and leading peace walks throughout Israel. In 2013 she co-founded with her husband an Eco-spiritual center, ‘Aley Adamot’, located on the Judaea planes, where she now lives. Her approach emphasizes our innate capacity for compassion, wisdom and liberation.
