Wiebke Pausch
Wiebke Pausch has practiced meditation for over two decades, mainly in the Buddhist tradition, and teaches the Mindful Self-Compassion MSC Program internationally. A long-time dharma student of Sangha Live founder Martin Aylward, she has assisted him in various retreats in France and England. Grounded in the practice of self-compassion, she integrates meditation, body-centered inquiry, creativity and nature-based explorations for strengthening inner resources for healing transformation.
Wiebke guides meditation retreats, currently mainly in Germany, happy to discover teaching in her mother language after many years of living in different European countries. She offers personal practice mentoring for meditation students. She teaches in English, German and in French. Wiebke is living in Berlin with her 17-year-old daughter.
